DOWN FEEDER

ü The high-precision down feeder delivers paper to Feeder, and the bottom Feeder non-stop suction nozzle uses vacuum adsorption to send the paperboard to the paper pressing roller, which is not easy to scratch the printing surface；

ü Pneumatic side push guide plates (right sides)；

ü Electrically control the paper feed roller；

ü The paper pressing disc and front stop gauge, and the double sheet detection device respond accurately；

ü Front block hook plate adjusting device, the cardboard bending can be adjusted up and down；

ü Non-stop adjustment device for paper feeding step；

ü The front and rear position fine adjustment device of the front baffle can be finely adjusted according to the size of the gripper margin；

DIE-CUTTING SECTION

ü The main body of Nodular cast iron, the upper platform and the lower moving platform；

ü Imported torque limit overload protector；

ü The electric pressure regulating device can realize the accurate pressure control through the PLC touch screen buttons；

ü A complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bar and positioning structures, and each gripper bar adopts an adjustable gripper bar structure；

ü The connection between the die-cutting mould and the die-cutting chase is in the form of nail-grabbing nuts and screws. The central positioning system is used when loading, which makes the plate change fast and accurate；

ü The die-cutting chase and the die-cutting lower backing plate are locked by Japanese SMC air volume regulators, to avoid the situation that the upper die cutting chase is locked and installed not in place, and effectively avoids the loss caused by man-made operations；

ü Siemens brand main motor drive；

ü The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil；

ü Equipped with gas storage tank to ensure stable air pressure of the whole machine.

STRIPPING SECTION (Stripping 4 sides)

ü Adopt three-frame stripping mechanism ；

ü The installation of the middle stripping board adopts the center-line quick positioning installation method, so that the operator can quickly install the stripping board and improve the efficiency of plate replacement .
